那三个沙哈拉威人给我一哭全去注意荷西了，我面对着抱着我的疯子，用尽全身的气力，举起脚来往他下腹踢去，他不防我这致命的一踢，痛叫着蹲下去，当然放开了我。
我转身便逃，另外一个跨了大步来追我，我蹲下去抓两把沙子往他眼睛里撒去，他两手蒙住了脸，我乘这几秒钟的空档，踢掉脚上的拖鞋，光脚往车子的方向没命的狂奔。
他们三个没有跑步来追，他们上了吉普车慢慢的往我这儿开来。我想当时他们一定错估了一件事情，以为只有荷西会开车，而我这样乱跑是逃不掉的，所以用车慢慢来追我。
我没有时间对他说任何话，用力一踏油门。车子跳了起来，吉普车还没到，我已冲上山坡飞也似的往前开去。吉普车试着挡我，我用车好似“自杀飞机”一样去撞它。他们反而赶快闪开了。

Honestly, I'm not sure about this translation. I need context. FYI, in the case of “他给我哭”, the person who cries is “他”, but not “我”.
我转身(turn)便（= 就)逃(escape、flee)，
我乘(exploit,take advantage of)这几秒钟的空档(= 空当， gap, interval)
踢掉(cast off, throw off)脚上的拖鞋(slippers)
光脚(with naked feet)往(toward)车的方向没命的(recklessly)狂奔(cazily run)
而我这样乱跑(even if recklessly flee)是逃不掉的(no way to flee, anyway)，
我已(already)冲上山坡飞也似的(= 地)(as if flying/rushing toward hillside)往前开去(go forward).
我用车好似(just like)“自杀飞机”(suicide airplane = kamikaze !!)一样去撞它。
他们反而(instead,on the contrary)赶快闪开(get out of the way)了。

“他给我哭”这个短语很少见，可以用在“你再给我哭！”(Don't you dare cry!)里面。你在哪里见过它？
实际上，“他给我一哭”是三毛这篇散文独有的用法，没什么人这样说。这里的“给”可以当成“因为”来理解。

Thanks for the correction! Is there any difference in meaning between “他给我哭” and “他给我一哭”？ 我有点纳闷了，呵呵。
