It can be tough to maintain focus and motivation levels when you are not living in a Chinese-speaking country.
However, if you can maintain a regular input of Chinese, through listening to ChinesePod lessons and other sources that interest you, and ensure that you review and practice all you're learning, you'll find yourself progressing well - I have no doubt!
I think you have a great head start with having your wife around. She can help you build on the basics - just take every chance to practice with her!
If you need to practice with a professional teacher, though, do feel free to chat to our team about our teacher services.
Keep us updated on your progress!
