My guess would be:

你端午節快乐吗?

nǐ duānwǔjié kuàilè ma?

Someone who is any good at Chinese please correct if wrong!

If you wanted to ask, "how was your Dragon Boat Festival holiday?", you'd say:

端 午节怎么样
duānwǔjié guò de zěnmeyàng?
[lit. "Dragon Boat Festival passed/spent in what way?"]

I'm not sure, but I think you can just omit the 得(guò de) to make it present tense, so you're saying:

duānwǔjié zěnmeyàng?
how about Dragon Boat Festival?

Anyone else got a better way?
