在美国名牌大学一般都要求候选人都学习一个外语两年。大部分的高中只能教西班牙语、法文和德文什么的。我个人上大学的时候学习了俄文来弥补这个条件。基本上对说外语我们大部分都是哑巴。我四十四岁的时候第一次去了中国发现我的同事们都不习惯说英文，然后我决定我不想一辈子作为哑巴，所以开始自学中文。 Read more
