In 1:34, “你有健身房吗？” if this can be revised into “你们有健身房吗” would be better. Because 你=singular YOU, 你们=plural YOU. And for asking about “健身房”, if you say “你有健身房吗？” it sounds like you are asking someone if he/she has a gym at home. But usually, at least in China, not many people have gym at home. So this sentence would be more often used in hotel or sports center, thus “你们” would be better.

In 6:46, for “正月”, Jenny pronounced it wrong as “zheng 4 yue 4” which should be “zheng 1 yue4”.

In 7:31, “元宵节是农历……”, there pinyin for “是” in the video is “xi” but it should be “shi” instead.

Well, this dialogue is a bit rude. There are more formal and polite as well as proper way to make the dialogue in this situation. Second, it is a bit funny.

“谁啊？” “我……”, in a proper dialogue, the people who knocks at the door would answer “我是XXX”.

In 4.30, if you want to say "shang hai is big", you dont have to say "上海很大". They have different degrees to describe. For instance, you can say, "上海挺大".

This dialogue is unnatural. Usually the guest wont say something like this. It’s a bit rude, isnt it? For answering the door, a more polite and common (in this situation) would be “哪位？”. “谁啊？” is quite rude and sounds impatient.
