May 13, 2019 at 1:23 AM聪明 means "clever, intelligent", it can be used to describe a number of things, including objects, matters, or people. For example, you can say 聪明的头脑, 聪明的选择, in this dialogue, we used it to describe 想法, meaning the idea itself is clever.
