July 12, 2019 at 12:14 PMSuch an interesting lesson, I especially like that you covered the dialogue before going for drinks, and then early while drinking and before leaving. And the discussion here also has lots of information to go through, so I feel like there’s so much to be learned from this.

July 11, 2019 at 11:47 AMI personally liked the dialogue a lot and think it reflects how people really talk in China. I have friends who judge a lot of phrases in the textbook to be outdated or too formal. So I think it’s nice of ChinesePod to teach us some more realistic language.

July 8, 2019 at 4:38 PMAround 5:30, I think “Xun4 Xi” was pronounced wrong, I think it sounded more like “Xun4 Xi2”. And as I know it, it should be “Xun4 Xi1”, first tone. Which one is right?

July 16, 2019 at 11:44 AMAround 6:45 the “Yi1” is missing in 一见钟情. Anyway, it’s a nice dialogue to just listen to, though I personally find the music a little annoying towards the end.
