October 7, 2018 at 11:20 PMHello 182566500, the goal with this one was to help those who were interested in learning a little about the cultural side of Chinese. We are school teachers and wouldn't say this was a grammar lesson however we wanted to give those who who are interested a quick glimpse at the different holidays celebrated in China. We recently did a Facebook and YouTube live video about holidays and the Golden Week to be specific so we wanted to have a video for our subscribers here just for them. Your idea of sentences associated with holiday's is great! Thank you for adding that. Our original intent was for elementary level students who may travel to be aware of the dates and that sort of thing. Sorry this wasn't to your satisfaction.
Hello Matman, I'm not quite sure what happened with the grammar to be honest. We do have more input into our site, however its not showing up live on the site. I'll have it looked at. Thank you so much.

October 4, 2018 at 1:00 PMLike lol I think some are more permanent, however in English I don't see brb or ttyl as much as I used to. Its interesting to see which slang or shorthand phrases stick.
