上午 and 下午 are set phrases in Chinese. People don't say 前午 and 后午 but they do say 午饭前 and 午饭后.

周一 星期一 or 礼拜一 are absolutely interchangeable! They all mean "Monday".

That's correct. I think the reason why 为 in 认为 uses the 2nd tone is that it would sound better than the 4th tone and it can be pronounced more easily .

I would say "差不多" means "almost". e.g. 他差不多25岁 means "He is almost 25 years old"

I think more people from Taiwan would say "滑鼠". Otherwise, "鼠标" is very widely used.
