这是一个非常好的问题。延误和耽误的意思非常相近，有时候可以互相交换使用。
两个词在不同时机有不同的使用方式。像是在交通方面，我们常用延误。比方说：飞机延误了、火车延误了，等等。耽误这一词有负面的意思。通常是因为事情拖拉而没有及时完成事情。比方说，人事调换而耽误工程、健康因素而耽误工作、疫情影响而耽误旅行计划，等等。

当你说“这一道菜很下饭”， 意思是这一道菜很适合和饭一起吃。所以“看偶像视频很下饭”意思就是偶像的视频很适合在吃饭的时候看。
“大项支出”是这么写的，意思是比较大的支出。不过我觉得你的想法真是可爱，我好喜欢。
“心血“这个词，我们可以这么用，“用尽心血”“费了心血”等等。意思就是你花了很多心思和精力在一件事上。你可以想象，你花太多时间和精神在一件事情上，所以心都流血了。

Naming yourself in Chinese is always interesting since every word has its own meaning and that connecting words together makes the name meaningful. You can turn your name into pinyin and check the meaning of words, then put them together. Try Ke Lin Fei, and see what comes up!! Let me know what your name is!!

比如说，今天的会议特别重要，你的同事却没出现。这时候，你怕老板生气，你可以和老板说”她不会不来的！“。你想告诉老板的是”她一定会来。“你可以试着比较有没有“的”的差别。
