November 5, 2012 at 7:17 AMIn England there are lots of charitable organisations like the Salvation Army that actively go out at night and seek out homeless people to give them food. So we don’t often see beggars , certainly not in towns outside London. Are there similar organisations in China dedicated to looking after the health and welfare of this type of person?
