这个 = zhège / zhèige
那个 = nàge / nèige
Also Chinese people when thinking about what they're going to say will often repeat the 那个 (nàge / nèige) much as in English we'd say something like: 'Erm, well, er...'

How about these 4 example sentences?
你那本推荐的书，我终于看过了。 Nǐ nà běn tuījiàn de shū, wǒ zhōngyú kànguole. = I finally read that book you recommended.
党的最终目的，是实现共产主义。 Dǎng de zuìzhōng mùdì, shì shíxiàn gòngchǎnzhǔyì. = The Party's ultimate goal is to bring about communism.
我总算了解这个观念。 Wǒ zǒngsuàn liǎojiě zhège guānniàn. = I finally understand this concept.
笑得最后，才笑得最好。 Xiào de zuìhòu, cái xiào de zuìhǎo. = He who laughs last laughs best.
