Can 飘 be used to describe leaves floating on the water as well as floating in the air?

你好。在我的词典里"通用"的通就是第一声不过在这节课里就是第二声。中文播客课号1559也用第一声。请问哪个是正确？

Hi. My dictionary has the "tong" in "tong yong" as being first tone but in this lesson it's second tone. ChinesePod lesson 1559 also uses the first time. May I ask which is correct please?

我有两个问题:

1. Can 逛逛 mean 'hang out' generally or can you only use it in places where you can buy things? 比如，能不能说"你想去公园逛逛吧?"

2. 在这节课里 "再" 跟 "然后" 有一样的意思吗? 还是有什么不一样? (You didn't use 然后 but that's what I would have naturally said instead of 再 because I didn't know it could be used in this way)
