July 30, 2011 at 6:29 AMAbout 5 years ago i was with my father in Wenzhou, it was about 9pm and we visited a tea house. The guy who worked there was very friendly and invited us to to take a seat he served us some tea. As we didn´t speak chinese and he didn´t speak english i didn´t know what kind of tea it was, and every time we wanted to leave he stand up and serve us some more tea, until my father said "enough", so we went back to our hotel. He didn´t charge us anything.
The fact is that we couldn´t sleep all night and our body was shaking as if we drank 10 cups of coffee. I never knew what kind of tea it was and since then i went to many tea houses all around China but that was the only time we had such a "stimulating" tea.

December 10, 2010 at 3:02 AM我还是不同意这个解释，因为中介费由谁来付不是固定的，可能是房东付全部的，也可能是房客付全部的中介费，或者他们各付一半，我觉得这个是需要商量的，不是固定不变的。

December 8, 2010 at 4:42 AM在对话里，房租是一个月4800块， 中介费是百分之三十五，那意思是说中介费一共是1680块，但是中介又说每个人给他1680块，那一共是3360块，这不是百分之三十五，是百分之七十。所以我想问，中介费到底是百分之三十五还是百分之七十？

July 30, 2011 at 7:44 AMVery useful lesson! Even if you don´t live in China like me, you will always need to use this dialogue. When i was traveling i asked a guy to change seats and he answered me exactly in the same way, he accepted but didn´t seem to be very happy.
