起来 (qǐlai) means 'arise, get up' in this context. There are some other usages of this word as a complement, but in this case, Jenny is just saying this is the meaning in this context for that word.

Your first sentence is correct, the second should be:
我们的老师一点儿都不耐心 -- 我们不知道怎么回答他就很生气。
Wǒmen de lǎoshī yīdiǎnr dōu bù nàixīn -- wǒmen bùzhīdào zěnme huídá tājiù hěn shēngqì.

永不 (Yǒngbù) means 'forever won't' and the difference between it and 从来不 (cónglái bù) and 从来没 (cónglái méi) is that it emphasizes the future, while 从来不 (cónglái bù) and 从来没 (cónglái méi) emphasize the past.
i.e.:
永远不放弃
(Yǒngyuǎn bù fàngqì)
I will never give up.

Hehe those are funny sentences. The first two are correct, the last one should be:
我从来不跟这种女人约会。
Wǒ cónglái bù gēn zhèzhǒng nǚrén yuēhuì.

Interestingly, all western style cafes in Shanghai have free wireless internet. You don't have to do the ID check when using these cafes. But you do have to buy an expensive-ish coffee.

(Can you go online at home?)

To express something you will 'never do again' in the future, it is more common to use 再也不... (zàiyěbù), i.e.:
我以前吃过一次榴莲，以后再也不要吃了。
Wǒ yǐqián chī guo yīcì liúlián, yǐhòu zàiyěbù yào chī le.
