hi light487, 你好不好? Nǐ hǎo bù hǎo? 你好吗? Nǐ hǎo ma? Both can mean 'how are you', however 你好吗?(Nǐ hǎo ma?) is less often used than just 你好 (Nǐ hǎo).

Hi clinta, Sorry for the delay in response. At the moment, the only way to get the DVD with all the lessons is when you sign up for a one-year premium subscription. It's a special offer.

hi gesang, Sorry for missing your question. In this sentence: 我会确保在做生意之前建立起良好的关系。 Wǒ huì quèbǎo zài zuò shēngyi zhīqián jiànlì qǐ liánghǎo de guānxi. The 起 (qǐ) is a complement, a particle that is attached to the verb to indicate 'to begin, to start to'. So in this case, to start to establish good relations... For your second question, the 在 (zài) ... 之前 (zhīqián) is a pattern, and the 在 (zài) is sometimes omitted, as in: 来中国之前我没学过汉语。 Lái Zhōngguó zhīqián wǒ méi xué guo Hànyǔ. 我星期五之前要完成这个工作 Wǒ Xīngqīwǔ zhīqián yào wánchéng zhège gōngzuò.

Hi triphazard, 太烫了 (tài tàng le) The le here is part of a sentence pattern that is used to say "too ____". In this case, "too hot!" The pattern is: 太 + (adj) + 了 (tài + (adj) + le)

hi garfaldo, 每 (Měi) means each, every. 所有 (Suǒyǒu) means 'all': 每一個東西都很貴。 Měi yī ge dōngxi dōu hěn guì. Each item is very expensive. 所有的東西都很貴。 Suǒyǒu de dōngxi dōu hěn guì. All the things are very expensive.
