December 27, 2019 at 6:13 AMNo, it's different but it is related. 鱼帮水，水帮鱼 refers to the situation when the parties involved are helping one another or giving benefits mutually. 如鱼得水 literally means "like a fish gains water", which is a metaphor meaning as a duck takes to water.
