In China, do kids(and grown kids, like the one in this dialogue) usually call their allowance zhang4 帐 ? I was taught a long time ago that this character means "account". Do kids/people who get a weekly or monthly allowance from their parents call that their 帐, or is the character in the dialogue being portrayed as a spoiled brat for saying that?

我还有另一个问题想请问您. 在对话里有句话说 "一个本科生去做收银员..." , 说这句话的人是说他自己, 不过他那个人已经不是大学生了,应该已经毕业了,反正现在因为二十九岁了所以不上学。 我的问题是他如果现在不上大学的话,怎么会说" 一个本科生...." 。 我知道“本科生”的意思是undergraduate, 不过意思可能有些差异, 因为我们英文讲undergrad, 或undergraduate 就是说"一个目前在念大学的人,是大一,大二,大三, 或大四“ 。
