April 10, 2008 at 6:55 AMWhat do you call those new trains that are super fast that will get you from Shanghai to Nanjing in 2 hours?

April 9, 2008 at 11:29 PMBazza, 从上海到北京,12-14小时左右。 去年我和同学们坐车到北京。虽然有点儿麻烦(因为车里面有washing their feet on the sink的老人),但是我觉得太热闹的。 It was fun, but I guess you really have to get used to the Chinese staring at you while you're sleeping, a bit creepy bit it happened. And I agree with John, always get the top bunk for privacy and for security. You never know if there's a 小偷 on board!

April 9, 2008 at 12:41 AMSpeaking of dancing old folks, I remember seeing this really old man doing some spins on roller skates in Nanjing Dong Lu. It was quite funny because he even had these little red flags and cups as props. He'd spin around the cups while the little red flags in hand. Odd sight. hehe.

April 8, 2008 at 12:11 AMHey Jenny, i don't think I've ever seen any Chinese cemetaries, what do they look like? I mean, are they like the cemetaries in movies, with sprawling green hills, with tombstones dotting the ground? Are their grand mausoleums as well?

April 11, 2008 at 8:08 AMYeah, it'd be cool if WW turns out to be the Ninja who killed that hammer-importer Peter. Then we all find out Peter turned out to be Yang Jie's wife. Oh how the music of life plays... to the tune of revenge! MWAHAHAHAHA! (Ok, how do you say that in Chinese?)
