June 1, 2008 at 2:03 AMI had acupuncture when I was a kid as well! It helped with my colds, and I seemed to get used to needles sticking out of my back. And I agree with Amber with that one, after a while, it does feel a bit cool.
My girlfriend also had acupuncture done, but all the needles were placed on her left hand and she had to keep them there for 4 hours! That for me is terrible. :P
And the cup thing really works! We used to do this thing called "ventosa" here in the Philippines. If you had a stomach ache, you can do the cup thing over your stomach!

Boy was I surprised when she walked through the door and she was like 6'4! (And i'm just 5'3!)

June 11, 2008 at 1:57 AMWent there twice already. It's really a nice place to walk around, lots of people flying kites. Beware of the kite-sellers though, I bought a kite there with a friend and the string that came with it was really short so we had to end up buying more string. :P
