Error in the pinyin transcript for, the pdf only (it is correct on the text version).   Missing the 'de' in 多的.   

  “厕所”是我们用得最多的，它是很普通的说法。
  \" cèsuǒ” shì wǒmen yòng de zuìduō, tā shì hěn pǔtōng de shuōfa.
  We use the word “cèsuǒ” the most. It's the most common way of saying it.

kōng or kòng?  The transcript pinyin has kòng, but sounds like Vera says  kōng.

竹篮打水——一场空。
  zhúlán dǎ shuǐ—— yī chǎng kòng.

It sounds like the speaker is saying zhī (and that's what my dictionary has), but the transcript pinyin has zhí.

捡了芝麻，丢了西瓜。
  jiǎn le zhíma, diū le xīguā.

  bùtīng lǎorén yán, chīkuī zài yǎnqián.
  To not listen to what one's elders say is to come to a loss before one's eyes.

A propos of this, there is a discrepancy in what two speakers say in the lesson. In the Dialog MP3 (male speaker), and in the transcript, it is 有病毒. But on the dialog tab, the female speaker says shì 病毒.

你也别乱扫啊。有些二维码可能有病毒。

nǐ yě bié luàn sǎo ā. yǒuxiē èrwéimǎ kěnéng yǒu bìngdú.

Don't scan willy-nilly. Some QR codes could have viruses.

Pinyin error on a Grammar sentence - 'chang' should be 3rd tone, I believe (and it sounds that way in the recording).

销售经理根据市场需求调整了本季的营销手段取得了很好的业绩

xiāoshòujīnglǐ gēnjù shìchángxūqiú tiáozhěng le běnjì de yíngxiāo shǒuduàn， qǔdé le hěn hǎo de yèjī。

The sales manager adjusted this season's sales techniques in accordance with market needs. He got very good results.
