changye, thanks for the breakdown.

"closer" is a term sometimes thrown around when a team is preparing for negotiation... send in a few folks, and then bring in the "closer" referring to a person that will close the deal or contract.

There was an interesting article in the WSJ the other day about Lenovo's management clash when they bought IBM's PC business.  All sport analogies were banned from meetings.

Is there a term in Chinese used similar to slang used in the West as "the closer".

Example, "Send in John, he's the closer"
