April 7, 2010 at 10:08 PMMy Grandfather had an old story of visiting London as a boy. He gave up his seat to an old man. In those days there was a limit of five standing people on the deck and by giving us his seat he became the sixth, and was promptly asked to alight (leave) by the conductor!
