Wouldn't the question of how much time be "duo chang"?

I also suspect the use of 找 is not "visit" but more non-committal, as in "look for me".  He's not setting an appointment, he's telling her to try to find him later.

Because I'm between ellie and intermediate, the conversations between John and Jenny are part of the learning experience.  Could those be transcribed for those of us who are missing half of it?

I liked the fact that the meeting is in a park setting; you can hear birds and traffic in the distance.  I suspect that the tipoff that you are meeting someone shady is that they meet in the park.

I have to say that in these economic times, Lao Wang's troubles make me anxious.  I'm hoping that a Spielberg-style happy ending is attached to this series.

Is this 让 rang4 the same as rang4 as in rang4 yi1 rang4, let me by?  Is it make or allow?

I read the vocab words first, and laughed: I can see how the dialogue is going to go!

In the dialogue, gu3 sounds a lot like guo.  Not so in the vocab.  My imagination?

Is wei2 used anywhere besides a telephone greeting?

on the website I don't hear the woman say "注意"  (wei4, zhu4yi).  Is my understanding so bad or the recording wrong?
