A quick question. I can't find the word taocan in my dictionary. Is it a new word made up for fast food shops or do I need to buy a better dictionary.

An excellent lesson. When I visited China, my favourite dish was tie ban niu rou (iron plate beef). This consisted of small pieces of sizzling beef on a hot plate. Very delicious.
