恭喜 and 祝贺 are not totally interchangeable.

恭喜恭喜! (common)

祝贺祝贺! ( sounds weird)

恭喜发财! (common)

祝贺发财! ( sounds weird)

听说你升职了,恭喜/祝贺你。(both OK)

(I heard that you got a promotion. Congratulations.)

热烈祝贺XX公司成立!(can not say: 热烈恭喜.....)

If you buy something in China.. You should say "wǒ zài Zhōngguó mǎide"

"wo keyi Zhongguo maide hongganji ma?" doesn't make sense.

You can buy a clothes dryer in China. Most Chinese homes don't have a dryer, but some of the washing machines have a drying function.

Can you buy a clothes dryer in China? You can say:

在中国可以买烘干机吗?( no nees “里”)

Zài Zhōngguó kěyǐ mǎi hōnggānjī ma?
