Actually, we often use bō for both. I never say 剥皮 bāopí .

又+adj.......又+adj...... Two adj.s should describe different characters.
For example,
又聪明又漂亮（two good characters)
又老又丑（two bad characters)
又高又帅 （two good characters)
One good character and one bad character like 又聪明又丑 sounds weird. We can say: 虽然他不帅，但他很聪明。

As a noun, 差 chā also means "difference", but it is used in "mathematics".
So 没有差 is not good for "no difference".
As a verb, 差 chà means "be short; lack".
You can say:
差两块钱 chà liǎngkuàiqián（Two yuan short)。
差三个人 chà sānge rén （Three more people are needed. ）
You can also say 不差钱 bùchà qián for "not short any money".
