April 16, 2008 at 8:46 AMLearning Cheng yus is really fun...but can be overwhelming. I think it reveals so much about the Chinese culture. There is a great website that you can subscribe to different Chengyus... http://www.xianzai.com/archives/2008/04/15/chinese-idioms-insisting-on-having-ones-own-way/ That is the latest one. It tells you the character and then a good description. In the lesson, 乱七八糟, is a good one, I would recommend that Chinese pod give us some list that we can use of the most commonly used Chengyu... that way we can learn one and use it.
