Chinese people in the Philippines celebrate their 清明节 on the 1st and 2nd of November (Western calendar) each year.

1st of November is All Saint's Day in the Philippines

- and - 

2nd of November is All Souls' Day in the Philippines

Both 1st of Nov and 2nd of Nov are considered national public holidays in the Philippines as local Filipinos also take some time off to pay their respects to their departed elders.
