A couple of questions:
About the word 夹链袋, it seems like Constance and Fiona are pronouncing 夹 with the 2nd tone, while the pinyin shows first tone. Is this one of those cases where both are acceptable and people from different regions pronounce them different ways (i.e. 尽量)?
And, I know this can't be answered briefly, but I've never been able to distinguish the differences between words for law (法规 vs. 法律 vs. 法则) and rule (规则 vs. 规矩 vs. 规定). Perhaps a good topic for a 请问 video?

January 14, 2016 at 12:20 PMGreat and very useful lesson! I wish I could have had this a few months ago when I went to a Shanghai hospital. For the word 尽量，the pinyin for the first character is written in the third tone, but in the recording it is in the fourth tone. I've also heard a lot of Chinese people pronounce it with the fourth tone. Is the pinyin a mistake or is this one of those words where both pronunciations are acceptable?
