Hey guys,

does anybuddy know what kind of pepper can I improvice with for mexican cuisine in a Chinese kitchen? For example, instead of jalapenos what would I use, or instead of pasilla what would use?

Very useful lesson. Actually, I just had a meeting at my work last week. Unfortunately, it was in Chinese so I did not undertood much. At least, I will be able to ask when is the meeting for next time, haha!

Thanks to all chinesepod staff for this lesson. 

I am on elementry level but would like to see more of aviation field type of lessons.  For instance, I would like to learn how to say "delayed flight," "airport is closed for arrivals and departures due to waether," "your flight is at gate number...," Captain," "First Officer/Co-pilot," "Flight Attendant," etc.

I really like the good humor of chinesepod lessons. It makes it easier to learn the new vocabulary, and not only that but helps me to remember how to use certain phrases and/or words.   

By the way the expected or estimated time of arrival (ETA) in english.
