It appears that most of your questions can be answered by yourself if you just took a moment to think about it. Dont be that guy who just asks questions for the sake of it.
When learning a language, you listen and repeat. listen and repeat. listen and repeat. You dont always need to question why. If they say it a certain way, emulate them, dont interrogate them.
