‘你喝什么’ has different meaning according to the context. If you are ordering, '你喝什么' is 'what would you like to drink'. If the person is drinking something, '你喝什么' is 'what are you drinking?'.

咖啡店 and 咖啡馆 is interchangeable. So just use whatever you want.

Now I am confused, too. In that beer case, I think he is just 服务员 fu2wu4yuan2. 调酒师 must be someone who knows how to mix drink. I will say if he knows how to do it, even if he just serve the beer, he is still 调酒师。But if someone just serve beer and not know how to mix drink, he is 服务员。
