女强人 is a kind of woman. So we can use: a woman is 女强人。It's individual. 她是女强人。
半边天 is a metaphor. It is metaphorized into women as a group. 女人是半边天。It is not for individual.

Some people consider it as dirty word because of "屌”. But most people use it by not considering the original meaning at all.

When it's 'saw/to see', 见到 and 看见 is similar. But If you have an appointment, and then you saw your friend, it should be 见到. 看见 is always 'see something randomly'.
