Yeah you're right though, Panda Express is far more iconic...ubiquitous in shopping malls and airports. I have a couple stories involving a rogue cousin's addiction to Panda Express which I will try to post when I have a moment.

PF Changs was popularized by that grotesque episode of South Park though...

Indiana....that's pretty brutal.

Enjoyed hearing Vera's perspective, but no commentary on American Chinese food is complete without mentioning the high-priced mediocrity of PF Changs.
