There is another situation that these 2 words can be interchanged and the initial meaning of the sentence won't change.

eg: 我才吃了5碗饭 （I only ate 5 bowls of rice) = 我就吃了5 碗饭 （I only ate 5 bowls of rice)

I think the sentence "无论你问我多少次" should be "无论你向我求婚多少次"  （no matter how many times you ask me)
