Few words that I think are difficult
资深:资历深厚，someone is highly experienced in some fields
雄心勃勃，勃勃：形容旺盛的样子。it is used for someone who is very ambitious
沧海桑田:大海变成农田，农田变成大海（literally meaning is: oceans become fields, and fields become oceans. It is a phase to describing things get great changes)

Another one I think is very important point is when you want to say 1 o’clock in the morning, you should say: 凌晨1 点，凌晨2 点。。。
