Senna leaf isn't the greatest, I don't think. There was something in the news recently-- they said a middle-school student took so much senna leaf that her endocrine system got all messed up. She was always eating and drinking way too much, and then taking a ton of senna leaf. In the end, she got obsessive-compulsive disorder.
