北方降雨少，干旱。所以我想“春雨贵如油”之类的谚语应该是北方人总结出来的。不过人们常说：女人是水做的，南方湿润的气候对女性的皮肤倒是比较好。

In the north there's little rainfall, so it's dry. That's why I think "spring rain is as precious as oil" and similar sayings probably came out of the north. But people often say that women are made of water, and the moist climate of the south is better for a woman's skin.
