这你就不懂了,在健身中心运动,不但不用担心风吹日晒蚊子咬,而且有教练在,也比较不会造成运动伤害,不喜欢健身,也可以选择其他有氧舞蹈、瑜伽、飞轮之类的课程,像我去的这家健身中心,光是瑜伽课,就有五、六种呢!
