也不能说歧视吧。除了生育,就说平时,男人能经常加班出差,女人能行吗?再说了,社会对男人的期望本来就比女人高。我觉得男人做领导,女人做辅助性工作没什么不好。
yě bù néng shuō qíshì ba 。chúle shēngyù ,jiù shuō píngshí ,nánrén néng jīngcháng jiābān chūchāi ,nǚrén néng xíng ma ?zàishuō le ,shèhuì duì nánrén de qīwàng běnlái jiù bǐ nǚrén gāo 。wǒ juéde nánrén zuò lǐngdǎo ,nǚrén zuò fǔzhùxìng gōngzuò méi shénme bù hǎo 。
You can't really call that discrimination. Other than having children, under ordinary circumstances, men can often work overtime and go on business trips. Can a woman do that? Not to mention, society has higher expectations for men than women to begin with. I don't think there's anything wrong with men being leaders and woman doing supportive jobs.
