"这是我第四次来北京。“   还是， ”这是我第四次去北京。“  还是， ”这是我第四次来了北京。”　还是？？？？？

Helen,

  One more question.   I will be giving a small speech at a Boeing factory and at Tsinghua University.   I would like to make a few opening words like:

"Thank you for welcoming us to Tianjin"

or

"Thank you for again inviting us to Tshinghua"

At Tsinghua and China Academy of Science, we 一经合作了。   how might i say: "I look forward to continuing our strong collaboration"?
