Hi,

Does anyone have and would like to kindly share an informed opinion about:

[Loar, Jian Kang] Chinese Syntactic Grammar (Functional and Conceptual Principles)

Preface looks promising, but I would not like to part with US$100 without being sure it is money well spent.

Looks like a healthy choice. :) But that's a lot of money - there are lots of cheaper options - around $3 or $4 in China. I guess it depends on how much you like grammar.
