Hi monix,
you can call them
大哥da4ge1=the oldest brother
二哥er4ge1=the second old brother
三哥san1ge1=the third old brother
the same as
大女儿da4nv3er2=the oldest daughter
二女儿er4nv3er2=the second old daughter
三女儿san1nv3er2=the third old daughter.

2nd oldest brother 老二
3rd oldest brother 老三
。。。。。。
two sons the oldest will be 大儿子（老儿子is wrong）
2nd oldest will be 二儿子
。。。。。

Thanks for your reply, but what I want to know is how to call them. For example:
If I have two older brothers, I will call the oldest 老大，and the youngest?
And if I have two sons the oldest will be 老儿子？

To say I have two younger brothers you would write
我有两个弟弟(dìdi)
older brothers - 我有两个哥哥 -gēge
daughter - 女儿 nǚ'ér
sons - 儿子
