Why can't I see the photos bodawei uploaded? Both bodawei and I are in the PRC. Are they blocked only in northeast China?

Today I saw a sign saying 爱心献血屋 àixīn xiànxuě wū (a place you can donate blood out of compassion?). I'm guessing that you don't get paid for giving blood here - anyone know?
