PM system ?broken

Sorry to post here, but I have tried going through report a bug and through live chat help a couple of days ago and not had any response and I'm wondering if that's because it's part of the PM system not working thing [at least for me] and they never received the message and thus I'm not sure how else to get the message through.

I sent a PM to my guided counsellor on Monday night and cc'd the PM to my email.Although the PM said it had been successfully sent I never received the cc in my email...so I tried a couple more times with the same result. When I spoke to my counsellor the next day it turns out that indeed she did not receive my PM's.I've sent a couple of PM's to others with the same result..no cc to my email. Can you let me know why this is and whether the PM's are getting through.Has anyone else noticed this?

Good morning Baba, I have too actually. A couple of days ago, the same thing you describe. Thanks for calling attention to it.

Ok,so it's not just something on my end. Thanks for letting me know zhen [and 早上好 to you too].I checked my email, and there's definitely no problem there and I checked my profile and it has my current email address,so I think suspect it is something in the PM system itself.

While I'm at it,I should mention the counselling tab has not worked for quite some time for some reason.

2 days ago I sent a PM to xiaophil. I ticked the little box so I'd receive a copy too in my email, but I never received the copy. I did wonder if in fact the PM I sent was never received by him. Looks like I'll have to send it again.

Things breaking down all the time and users never being quite sure if things are working are not is nothing to be surprised about though really. This is a Chinese website, based in China. You do want the authentic Chinese experience don't you? This is it.

Come to China. It's 100,000 times *better* than you ever dreamed.
