Hey everyone!
On January 20th we will be holding our second Shanghai meet-up, and we would like to invite you all!

The ChinesePod “Elementary – Intermediate” Meet-up in co-operation with ShanghaiExpat
When: Wednesday, 20th January, 2010
8:30pm-12 midnight
Where: Malone’s American Cafe & Bar (http://www.malones.com.cn/)
3rd Floor
255 TongRen Rd (between Nanjing Rd and Beijing Rd)
Cost: Free
(complimentary finger food and discounted drinks)

Absolutely everyone's welcome, especially elementary - intermediate level learners. If you have any learning issues or questions come along and talk to one of the Cpod team!
Jenny, and other members of the ChinesePod team will be there to chat about your learning experiences and obstacles, and to offer tips on how to make the transition from elementary to intermediate level.
Lucky Draw

January 20, 2010, 02:25 AMI sat on a flight from Sydney for 11 hours to get here, endured most a cold Shanghai winter, was squashed in buses and subway trains, was cheated of a job, had a Chinese doctor tell me my body has too much moisture (mostly beer I guess) and that I need 邪气 rid my body of 魔鬼 evil, OMG! So, evil now under control, and having learned not to travel in subway at 下班时候 knock off time, I guess I must attend this meeting! Bravo.

I hope you all have a great event!. If someone in Shanghai could give me some good advices;tips about Shanghai , etc.

I will definitely try to come along - Malone's is just a short walk from my flat! It would be great to see some of the personalities I've spent so much time listening to over the last 3 years in the flesh!
