Yes it's fine to say  "我也有闹钟。"  When you don't put a measure word in the sentence, it can mean "I have an alarm clock, too." or "I have alarm clocks, too."  It doesn't indicate the amount of objects.

Interesting question! I've heard people use both before, but since the shapes of 节 and 颗 are so different, i think it makes more sense to use 节 in this situation:)

You can use 比较 to express "rather; relatively", it's not necessary to state the thing you're comparing with!

The sentence "你都几岁了" is a sarcastic question, he's not really asking how old she is, so in this case, he's making fun of the girl by asking in a condescending way, like he's talking to a kid:)
