I've heard both usages before, but i would think 让我来（给你/给你们/给大家）介绍一下 is used more often.
When we say "付账单", we usually mean "pay the bill", as for “买单”, “付钱”, they are the more colloquial ways of saying "I'll get the check", "This one's on me."
