Yes we do. For the number 202, you can say “liang3bai3ling2er4”. Another example is 1001, which is "yi1qian1ling2yi1" in Chinese. "ge" is a general measure word for things, you can add any number before it.

Interesting thought! 女汉子 literally translates to "female guy", it can have a negative or a positive meaning, depending on your perspective of men:)

Both can be the measure word for 羊. But we usually use 头 to  describe larger animals.
